Hikes around Paleochora
We carry out guided hikes from Paleochora.
Our tour guides know the region very well and are experienced hiking guides.
They speak English and Greek and some of them also German and French.
We always decide based on the weather forecast – which hike is on the program.
The hikes are carried out with a minimum of 3 participants.

Elafonisi
The hike leads us on stony paths to the famous sandy beach of Elafonisi. We always go west within sight of the sea. Wonderful views and swimming opportunities on the way!
Walking time including breaks approx. 5 h. On the way and at the end of the hike time for swimming.
Challenge: sure-footedness and some endurance.
From Kontokinigi to Karavopetra Beach
The tour leads from the mountains above Paleochora south to the coast. We hike on a high trail with wonderful views, many flowers and ancient rock tombs.
Swimming at the end of the hike. Including lunch in a nice tavern.

Challenge: sure-footedness and some endurance.
Half day tour to Temenia
The hike leads on good earth roads and paths through the hills between Paleochora and Sougia. On the way we enjoy the view of the White Mountains and walk along a small stream through a chestnut grove.

Requirement: no special ones.
